Https://www.curseforge.com/ ищу вот на этом сайте но я не могу понять как найти моды с одинаковой версией форжа.

ну заходишь на страницу мода и выбираешь из списка.
какой именно мод ищите?

Ну Drakonic на forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838-universal.jar скачивал разные все крашется

Я вот скачал сборку и нужный форж, но выдает ошибки

А зачем ставить на сервер мод, сделанный для клиента игры, а потом удивляться почем КРАШ?
Вы бы ещё моды от ГТА - санандрес поставили и спрашивали почему Майнкрафт не работает. 
Даже в описании к моды КАПОСОМ написано, что ставить этот мод на сервер - не нужно, будет краш.
